MARCIA METZGAR
Owner + Master Stylist
Marcia as the owner has been in the hair industry for nearly 40 years. She has a vast amount of training & experience in color, highlighting, and styling. Her career evolved from Campus Salon in the Richland Mall, to a Master Stylist at JC Penney Salon, and now as owner of Shades. She strives to offer high-quality services & product to all clients, and continued education for the entire Shades Family so that we as a whole can give you the experience you've been searching for! Roger Metzgar plays a huge role in taking care of our salon and staff.

MINDI TAYLOR
Master Stylist
Mindi has been in the hair care industry for nearly 20 years. She has extensive cutting-edge training in all aspects of the industry. She is certified in Hot Heads Extensions. A Master Stylist for over 15 years at JC Penney, she looks forward to offering quality services and the new opportunities.
SHANNA KAPELEWSKI
Master Stylist
Shanna has been providing superior service as a stylist for more than 10 years. Her forte is in hair color, cuts, and special occasion styles. She is also certified in Hot Heads Extensions. Shanna worked as a Master Stylist at JC Penney for 8 years before joining Shades.
BROOKE HOLTZ
Esthetician + PMU Artist
Brooke is both our esthetician + PMU artist here at Shades and Shades Forever. She has been in the PMU industry for 7 years and had received initial training with Everlasting Brows, and continued education through Bowler Esthetics, Shay Danielle Academy, and The Brow Effect! She graduated from Altoona Beauty School in November of 2019 specializing in facials, waxing, and other high-end beauty services. Brooke is a welcoming individual that strives to provide the absolute best when it comes to her services. She is personable, honest, and very detail-oriented.
